About Undergraduate Education

Undergraduate Education is part of WVU's Office of the Provost and provides leadership to the university’s undergraduate academic programs.

We ensure our students have an unparalleled academic experience. As well, we work with faculty and colleges across campus to make sure all undergraduate education programs are supported.

About Undergraduate Education

Undergraduate Educations serves two distinct groups: students and undergraduate faculty / staff.

For our students, we ensure that all WVU undergraduates have unsurpassed academic opportunities.

We also are the first academic home for many students: exploratory/undecided; those who haven't been accepted into their college of choice; and pre-majors whose programs do not directly admit students.

Our Departments
There are a wide range of resources available within Undergraduate Education. For students, we offer programs that will support you academically and enrich you personally. For faculty and staff, we have information about creating programs, university policies and council contacts.

Our people uphold our mission. Our caring, committed staff are an integral part in helping you achieve your goals.
